It's going to get hot - our saunas

The Finnish Sauna

Classic, vigorous, cleansing: 80 – 90 °C and majestic mountain views through the large panoramic window. Our sauna masters regularly prepare aromatic infusions – details and times are posted on-site.

The Bio Sauna

Gentler 55 to 60 °C with light play and gentle warmth. Regenerating, soothing – ideal for beginners in sauna bathing.

The Steam Bath

The hot steam is good for skin and respiratory system – with a salt scrub made from Alpine crystals, the spa feeling doubles.

The Infrared Cabin

Gentle deep warmth for tired muscles. Perfect after sports, a ski day, or work – the infrared radiation loosens the tissue and relaxes the entire musculoskeletal system.

Infusions in the Finnish Sauna

Three certified sauna masters perform infusions in the Finnish sauna daily – with essences from the Kaunertal mountain world and changing fragrances. The infusions take place three times daily at 16:00, 18:00, and 20:00.

The Quellalpin Sauna Rules

  • Eat lightly – this leaves you with more energy for the sauna session.
  • Showering and drying off makes sweating easier.
  • Sauna nude – it's more hygienic and liberating
  • No jewellery – metal heats up in the sauna.
  • Use a seat pad – towel for sitting, one for drying off.
  • Drink plenty – before and after sauna.
  • 10–20 minutes per round is quite enough.
  • Speak quietly – for more peace and consideration.
  • Cool down naturally – with spring water or snow on the terrace.
  • Relax – 15 minutes break between sessions.
  • Admission from age 10 with an adult
